One of the best ways players can raise a friendly Snorlax’s Strength Rating in Pokémon Sleep is to feed it delicious meals straight from their camp’s Cooking Pot. Players start off by feeding Snorlax tons of wild Berries collected by their Pokémon helpers, but cooked meals give a much bigger boost to Snorlax’s ratings. Discovering new recipes is key to making Snorlax stronger, and as such, it’s essential for good Pokémon Sleep research.
Tracking sleep is a big part of the game, and players can even connect Pokémon Sleep with the Pokémon GO+ peripheral to collect sleep data. However, what players do when they’re not napping is just as important. Players can cook a meal for Snorlax three times a day: in the morning (between 6am and 12pm), afternoon (between 12pm and 6pm) and night (between 6pm and 6am) using their camp’s Cooking Pot.
All Recipes In Pokémon Sleep (And How To Cook Them)
Feeding a meal to Snorlax will raise its Strength Rating, which can cause new and previously unseen Pokémon to visit players’ camps. Players can then catch them to collect their data for the Sleep Style Dex and befriend them.
Players unlock the Cooking Pot once they’ve discovered 12 entries in the Sleep Style Dex. Before that, they can only use the Auto Cook feature, which uses random ingredients to produce random dishes.
According to Serebii, these are all of the recipes players can cook up in Pokémon Sleep:
