Although she's been occasionally called to be given more airtime, Charli's impact on the show needs to be more consistent to make her one of the faces of Vanderpump Rules. Her inconsistency was highlighted during season 10 as Charli didn't show enough to make her a standout. Charli might return next season if Raquel does since they will likely film together.

9 Katie Maloney (Should Return)

Katie has dealt with criticism for most of her time on Vanderpump Rules. Katie's relationship with Tom Schwartz dominated her time on the show. Fans watched as the two moved from dating to marriage and the constant fights and arguments that preceded their nuptials. Nonetheless, Katie's relationship with the fans changed when she revealed her divorce from Tom. Her decision to end the toxic marriage earned her a lot of praise. Reprising her role in Vanderpump Rules season 11 will allow fans to watch Katie grow and put her failed marriage with Tom behind her.

8 Tom Schwartz (Shouldn't Return)

Despite starting as a fan favorite, Schwartz's appeal as a Vanderpump Rules star has taken a nose dive in recent seasons. Tom's marriage to Katie exposed a lot of controversial and unlikable traits about him. The Vanderpump Rules star hardly made time for his wife and would often enlist the help of his friend Tom Sandoval to criticize Katie unfairly. Schwartz became even more controversial when he admitted to cheating a few times while married to Katie. Nonetheless, his divorce from Katie ended a 12-year stint of off-and-on controversy, and Tom might have given all he has to give to the show.

7 Scheana Shay (Should Return)

Since her debut, Scheana Shay has been a great addition to the Vanderpump Rules cast. Over the years, she's grown both professionally and personally. Although she has dealt with several failed relationships, during Vanderpump Rules season 10, Scheana walked down the aisle with Brock Davies. However, she didn't get to enjoy that much due to the revelation of the affair between Sandoval and Raquel. Scheana's probable return for Vanderpump Rules season 11 will see her deal with the breakdown of Raquel and Ariana Madix.

6 James Kennedy (Should Return)

James Kennedy has undergone a whole personality change since making his Vanderpump Rules debut. Although he is still one of the most controversial stars on the show, mainly due to his occasional outbursts, James is still one of the most likable stars. Despite a somewhat low-key stint during Vanderpunmp Rules season 10, the reunion episode saw James emerge when he called out Sandoval over his affair with ex Raquel. Although James is in a relationship with Ally Lewber, he is utterly shocked by the affair and betrayed due to the group's incredibly close friendship.

5 Lisa Vanderpump (Shouldn't Return)

Although the show is named after Lisa Vanderpump, the premise of the show doesn't fit the reality star. Vanderpump Rules has always been about Lisa's former restaurant workers, and they have owned the show by becoming massive reality stars in their own right. Lisa's appearance doesn't add much to the show, and she won't be missed if she doesn't star in Vanderpump Rules Season 11.

Lala has never been one to shy away from drama, making her one of the fan favorites. Ariana is one of the most talked about Vanderpump Rules stars, and with the events of season 10, her return for season 11 is almost a given.
