Below Deck has had its fair share of iconic cast members, some of whom viewers still remember. Over the years, many crew members have become memorable due to their unlikable personalities. One example is Below Deck Down Under star Ryan McKeown, who never took the criticism seriously. The young Chef was completely underqualified for his job and continually disappointed guests with his lack of culinary skills. As expected, Captain Jason Chamber got sick of it and fired him mid-season.

Like male cast members, many females have also lost their jobs on Below Deck. Delaney Evans from Below Deck Mediterranean season 6 was a replacement crew member who joined in episode 9. However, she barely lasted five episodes on the show. Delaney had no experience at her job and continually stressed Chief Stewardess Katie Flood. Below Deck Mediterranean's Chef Adam Glick became popular in seasons 2 and 3. More recently, the 38-year-old New Mexico native appeared on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 1. Adam has had a tough history on the show when his first on-screen relationship with Malia White didn't work out. He started acting out and not concentrating on his food. Fortunately, the chef completely changed his personality and impressed fans with his growth. While Adam's next relationship with Chief Stew Jenna Macgillivray on BDSY also didn't work out, he didn't let it ruin his mindset again. Adma began hosting a cooking show and thrived in his career.

She isn't looking to feature on Below Deck Sailing Yacht again.

However, his skills allowed him to become the Bosun in season 7. Ashton was a fan favorite and had a near-death experience during his first time on the show. However, things changed when he returned and began showing a more aggressive side of himself. One instance included Ashton lashing out at Chief Stew Kate Chastain and angrily punching the van door. Captain Lee wasn't too happy and claimed he'd never work with him again.

Mathew Shea is another memorable cast member from Below Deck Mediterranean season 6. During the show, Mathew joined as the Chef. Immediately, he stood out for his unique looks, shaved head, and mature attitude. The Rhode Island Chef became memorable for his various breakdowns due to anxiety. While he quit several times on the show, he was able to redeem himself when Captain Sandy gave him multiple chances to prove himself. Mathew became a private chef after his unforgettable time on Below Deck.

12 Malia White, Below Deck Mediterranean Season 2

Below Deck Mediterranean season 2 Deckhand Malia White was initially a well-liked crew member for her personality. However, things changed when she returned to season 5 and got promoted. The 33-year-old Fort Lauderdale resident became the bosun and snitched on Chief Stewardess Hannah Ferrier. She took the evidence to Sandy, which was unregistered Valium and a vape pen. Her action caused Hannah to get fired, but she didn't feel too bad about it.

Caroline Bedol joined the Below Deck season 6 crew. However, she could only stay on Captain Lee's ship for nine episodes. The Connecticut native initially impressed viewers with her many certifications, making her an excellent third Stewardess. However, it soon became clear that she wasn't the most skilled at her job and faced various setbacks. Caroline became memorable for quitting the show mid-season after she couldn't handle the stress. However, her exit didn't sadden anyone, as crew members celebrated her departure.

10 Rhylee Gerber, Below Deck Seasons 6 & 7

Rhylee Gerber stood out on the show as she was the only female deckhand. However, she became memorable when she stood her ground and showed she wouldn't take unfair judgments. During one episode, Rhylee lashed out at her boss, Chandler Brooks, after he accused her of not pulling her weight. She was happy when Captain Lee fired Chandler for being a terrible bosun. Rhylee returned to the series again as a deckhand, replacing Abbi Murphy. However, she faced many challenges as her new boss, Ashton, wasn't too happy about her anger issues in season 7.

Below Deck season 10 was chaotic, and Camille Lamb had a part in that. The 24-year-old Mississippi resident was supposed to do deck duties and stew work. However, it was clear that she was only on the show to get the reality TV limelight. Camille didn't make a good impression on Chief Steward Fraser Olender. To make matters worse, she couldn't impress other department heads. Camille was let go from her position in episode 9 but managed to impress viewers with her beauty and earned many followers. She has since made a shift to making exclusive fan content and trying her luck in the music industry.

8 Colin Macy-O'Toole, Below Deck Mediterranean Season 3

Colin Macy-O'Toole's interesting name wasn't the only thing that made him memorable on Below Deck Mediterranean season 3. The Long Island resident became famous for his team spirit and friendly nature. He got along with every crew member, partly due to his experience as a Captain. While Colin had a minor crush on fellow Stew, Brooke Laughton, he didn't let it stop him from focusing on his work. After finishing two successful runs on Below Deck, Colin returned to his hometown and became the Long Island ferry captain.

7 Daisy Kelliher, Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2, 3, & 4

Daisy Kelliher is among the most popular Below Deck Sailing Yacht crew members. The 35-year-old Irish native has appeared in multiple seasons and wants to continue working under Captain Glenn. Daisy is an excellent Chief Stewardess and a leader. Daisy struggled with her love triangle with First Officer Gary King and Chief Engineer Colin Macrae. However, she was able to come out of it and share her side of the story during the reunion. Daisy has nearly 400k followers on social media, which shows Below Deck Sailing Yacht viewers like her.

New Zealand native Aesha Scott is among the most well-liked cast members in the Below Deck franchise. Aesha became known for her role as the second stewardess on Below Deck Mediterranean seasons 4 and 5. Her entertaining personality and work ethic got her the role of chief stew as she joined Captain Jason on Below Deck Down Under. Aesha is part of the spin-off's ongoing season 2, and fans love to see her chemistry with new and returning crew members.

5 Gary King, Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2, 3 & 4

Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Gary has had the most unique journey in the franchise. The 34-year-old South African man joined Captain Glenn Shephard's crew in season 2. At the time, he became a fan-favorite for his charming nature and cute romances. However, viewers later realized Gary wasn't as sweet as he looked. Instead, he was a Playboy who wanted to get intimate with every beautiful female on the yacht. Gary was involved in two love triangles in season 4, none of which worked out for him. After the season, he revealed that he intends to grow up and become a better person the next time viewers see him.

Hannah Ferrier from Below Deck Mediterranean is well known. A few reasons for her popularity are her back-to-back appearances as the chief stew, her leadership skills, and her personality. The 36-year-old Australian native was part of the spin-off show from season 1 to season 5. She was memorable in each season and excellent at her job. Unfortunately, Captain Sandy dismissed her for violating contraband-related maritime laws. While Hannah hasn't returned to the show since 2020, she is still relevant.

3 Kate Chastain, Below Deck Season 2-7

Kate Chastain is one of Below Deck's most popular chief stews. The 40-year-old Florida resident became a memorable face on the show by appearing on six seasons back-to-back. Kate was very good at her job and led her team of stews well. However, she wasn't happy with her seaside career and had other goals in mind. After Below Deck season 7, Kate found a land job and achieved various milestones. Recently, Kate gave birth to her son who she welcomed in May 2023.

2 Lexi Wilson, Below Deck Mediterranean Season 6

Lexi Wilson was a stew on Below Deck Mediterranean season 6. While she started on a good note and fulfilled her duties initially, her behavior changed over time. She stopped joining the crew during activities and didn't show team spirit. She also fought with fellow deck members, leading Captain Sandy to step in. The Captain told Lexi to go because she had been "threatening people." Surprisingly, Lexi took the news calmly, packed her bags, and left.

Chef Ben Robinson is the most memorable face of the Below Deck franchise apart from the Captains. The 42-year-old UK native has been known for his excellent culinary skills throughout his various appearances on the show and its spin-offs. Unfortunately, Ben decided to retire and focus on his catering business a few years ago. Viewers miss his spikey-haired look and celebrity-like smile on the show. However, they can still catch him on social media, where he still makes Below Deck-related content. Recently, the Below Deck franchise alum was part of Galley Talk with Kate.
