Summary
Based on the PlayStation franchise of the same name, Twisted Metal is being adapted into a live-action series. The new series is being developed by Sony Pictures Television and PlayStation Productions, with the series based on a story by Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Twisted Metal will be written and executive produced by Michael Jonathan Smith and will follow a fast-talking outsider tasked with delivering a package in a post-apocalyptic country with the help of a gun-loving thief. The series is still in development and does not have a distributor or release date. Stay tuned. Poster is for 1995 video game.
