Summary
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is a stand-alone animated action-adventure film in the TMNT franchise directed by Jeff Rowe. The four turtle brothers' origins are explored in a new story that follows the teens trying to find a place in the world that only sees them as mutant turtles.
