Snapchat has launched a new feature, Chat Wallpapers, so users can personalize their conversations. Today, there isn’t much room for customization on social media. Instead of the standard bland white background, friends can now enjoy exclusive custom backgrounds behind their conversations. It's the same as Meta's themes in Messenger and Instagram. Guide To Installing A Snapchat Wallpaper
To change the wallpaper in Snapchat, start by opening the app and swiping right to the messages menu. Tap the chat to open and then click the name at the top to open the Friendship or Group Chat profile. Once the Friendship profile is open, scroll to ‘Our Chat’ and tap 'Wallpaper.' Choose ‘For Us’ to select from one of Snapchat’s premade wallpapers, or tap ‘Camera Roll’ to choose a more personalized picture. From there, the user can preview the wallpaper and even choose to blur the image. Once the desired wallpaper is chosen, tap 'Confirm.' Now, everyone in the chat can enjoy the wallpaper.

Chat wallpapers are a new feature for Snapchat+. If users upgrade to the premium but cannot find the Our Chat menu from the Friendship profile, they may need to update their app to the latest version.
