EA Sports FC 24 has again teamed up with Marvel Entertainment to transform 19 champions of football (or soccer) into Heroes using beautiful comic book-worthy representations of the players by Marvel Comics artist J.L. Giles. This is the first time the collaboration has included players from the UEFA Women's Champions League as Ultimate Team Heroes in addition to the UEFA Men's Champions League. The Ultimate Team Heroes will also be featured in an upcoming Marvel Heroes online comic book, including Marvel-written bios on each player.
Players who preorder EA Sports FC 24 will get one of these Heroes in their Ultimate Team as soon as they are in the game on November 27, 2023. There will be many in-game cosmetics available for each of the respective Ultimate Team Heroes as well, including balls, tifos, kits, and more. Each of these players has been selected based on their contributions to the game and heroic career feats or traits.
19 Alex "The Accomplished" Scott
Alex Scott is portrayed as "The Accomplished" in this Superhero comic artwork for her long list of amazing feats in the sport which led to her being named to the English Football Hall of Fame. She has won six English titles, seven FA Cups, and more, often through some incredible moves.
18 Gianluca "La Leggenda" Vialli
The Hero known by Marvel as "La Leggenda" is the charming Italian striker Gianluca Vialli. As it says on the official website for EA Sports FC 24 Heroes, "Heroism isn't simply a measure of what you can do when the pressure is on. It's also a measure of the person you become in those big moments." Gianluca Vialli is known for both his character and his impressive record-setting goals.
17 Carlos "El Guerrero" Tevez
Carlos Tevez, also known as "El Guerrero," has been illustrated by Marvel as a true warrior. Carlos Tevez is an EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team Hero after consistently giving the game everything he has. He is a world-class striker who never gives up, even when the odds seem stacked against him.
16 Wesley "Sureshot" Sneijder
Midfielder Wesley Sneijder earned his Hero moniker "Sureshot" through his amazing eye for making the perfect pass or strikes. His seemingly telescopic eye has led to many victories such as the 2010 UEFA Champions League. This Marvel comic book Hero joins the EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team with an eye on the ball.
15 Bixente "Dynamo" Lizarazu
Marvel Comics has dubbed Bixente Lizarazu as the Hero named "Dynamo" for his constant movement and never backing down in a game of football. He is known for claiming the left side of the pitch as his territory and consistently charging forward. He has been a Champion for both France and Germany, with numerous wins in both.

EA Sports FC 24's Ultimate Team Hero Nwankwo Kanu has been strikingly illustrated by Marvel Comics to become "King Kanu" in his Hero form. Known as much for his goodness as he is for his wisdom, strength, and foresight. He was voted the best Nigerian football player of all time and turned his sights to philanthropy after retiring from the game.
13 Nadine "The Wolf" Kessler
Nadine Keßler has been dubbed by Marvel as "The Wolf." Not only has she won numerous games and was named both the European and World Player of the Year, but she continues to lead the way even in retirement from the sport. She currently serves as UEFA's head of women's football where she continues to be a powerhouse for the game.
12 Ludovic "Spellstrike" Giuly
Ludovic Giuly, aka "Spellstrike" was known for pointing a finger to the sky just before he performed an unbelievable move. In Marvel's Hero version of Giuly for EA Sports FC 24, this action is taken as his method of casting a spell that led his teams to victory.

Paulo Futre faced several injuries, club transitions, and defenders all trying to block his way from reaching his goals, but he never slowed down. He played for clubs around the globe but continued to move forward, making him a Hero for EA Sports FC 24.
8 Dimitar "Flashfreeze" Berbatov
Dimitar Berbatov is known for always being calm and serene on the surface while calculating every move inside his mind. Marvel Comics portrays this EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Hero as "Flashfreeze" with always having ice in his veins to keep him cool under pressure.
7 Sonia "Bombardier" Bompastor

Another musical moniker, Marvel Comics named Rui Costa as the Hero "O Maestro" for EA Sports FC 24. It is said that the entire game happened in Costa's mind before it even started, and he was able to strategize in ways that were true genius.
4 Vincent "Kaptain Kompany" Kompany
Vincent Kompany, "Kaptain Kompany" was a leader in defense who helped guide his club into the greater leagues, eventually reaching the UEFA Champions League. In EA Sports FC 24, "Kaptain Kompany" can continue to lead his team of Heroes.

Steve McManaman exudes refinement and class, even as he was able to adapt to any position and assignment for his team. Marvel has illustrated this perfectly in his Hero form of "Agent Macca," a super agent superhero for EA Sports FC 24's Ultimate Team.

Each of these Heroes will be celebrated with both a base version and a UEFA or UEFA Women's Champions League version. Players who have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA Sports FC 24 will receive a random Champion's League version of one of these Heroes in November, after EA Sports FC 24's release on September 29, 2023.
